There is a difference between receiving a notification for a suggestion for your personal page and for your business page.
Personal page
You will receive a notification.
You select the channel you want to share the post on.
The post will be shared immediately.
Please note: For personal pages, your team will only receive notifications at the moment of sharing. If you schedule a post for next week Monday, the notifications will be sent to them next week Monday. If you use a Date Range, the notifications will be spread over time.
Business page
You will receive a notification.
You accept (or reject) the suggestion.
The post will be shared on your business page at the date and time the Social Master selected (this date and time will be shown above the suggestion).
So, you will receive a notification for a business page post right away, even if the post is scheduled for the future. This way, you can schedule posts for the future. So for example if you are on vacation, you can share posts during that period, but you won’t have to accept the posts when you’re on top of a mountain or tanning by the pool ;).
Tip: You can also choose to automatically approve all business page posts, by using the Auto Approve function.
