When your team members connect their business page accounts, our approval process activates automatically. This means that business page owners will always need to approve the posts suggested to them. However, some team members may prefer to simplify the process and skip the approval step. To achieve this, you can activate the Auto Approve feature, which removes the need for approval.
Web application
Login to Apostle.
Click on your name in the upper right corner.
Select Personal Settings.
Select Business Pages.
Turn the gray switch next to Allow auto approve into blue by clicking on it.
Now the posts your Social Master suggests for your business page, will be shared immediately.
Mobile app
Go to the Menu (the three stripes in the upper right corner).
Select Settings.
Tap the gray switch next to Allow auto approve.
Now the posts you Social Master suggests for your business page, will be shared immediately.
Important: This is a personal setting and needs to be switched on by your team members. As a Social Master, you cannot switch the auto approve on for team members.
