In the Send screen (in the Composer) you have three options to schedule your post(s):
Schedule now: This will send out all notifications to share right away.
Single date: Set a date and time to schedule for a fixed time in the future.
[Recommended] Use a Date Range: You don't want everyone sharing the post on the same day, at the same time. Select a time frame of multiple days, a week, or even a month. The platform will randomly distribute the posts during this time frame.
β
Tip: Use the More options button to exclude weekends, change default posting times, and set an expiration date. This will override the defaults from your team settings.
Please note: Use the extra time scheduler switch if you want to schedule your business page posts on a different date and time. If you use business pages only, you can use the first scheduler.
Scheduling via WhatsApp
With our WhatsApp integration, scheduling messages for your team members via WhatsApp has never been easier. Once the integration is activated, you gain access to an intuitive overview and progress tracker for your sent suggestions. Additionally, you have several customizable options at your disposal:
Enable WhatsApp for this post: Take full control over each message by deciding whether to send it via WhatsApp.
Enable WhatsApp reminders only: Opt for sending reminders exclusively via WhatsApp by selecting this option. Enabling this automatically deselects the top option.
WhatsApp post suggestion progress: Keep track of your messaging activity with the progress bar, indicating the number of messages sent and remaining within your chosen package. Should you exceed your package limit, rest assured that you'll receive an automatic alert. You can easily adjust your package settings in the Integration Settings.
Important: The progress bar dynamically reflects the number of posts associated with the current message, including reminders if enabled. However, it's worth noting that if a reminder isn't sent, it won't be counted in the final tally. Hence, the numbers may vary after sending your post.
