When scheduling a post, you have three options to choose from:

  • Now (the default option): Your brand ambassador(s) will receive the post suggestion immediately upon selection.

  • Single Date: A date picker will appear, allowing you to choose a specific date and time. Your brand ambassador(s) will receive the suggestion at the specified date and time.

  • Date Range: Using the same date picker, you can select two dates and two times. This allows you to schedule a post, for instance, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM. Your brand ambassador(s) will receive the suggestion within that designated time frame.

Tip: Do you want some ambassadors to receive the post before other ambassadors? Use the prio star.

Please note: For business page posts, notifications are always sent immediately, even if they were scheduled for the future. Business page owners have the option to approve the post right away, but the posts will not be shared until the designated date and time you've selected. Your team can always view the scheduled date and time for the post in our mobile app and email notifications.
