Apostle allows you to schedule posts using different timing options: Now, Single Date, or Date Range. Choosing Date Range spreads a post over multiple days. If you want a specific team member to receive the post first within that time range, you can use the priority feature.
How to prioritize team members in a date range
Go to Create Post and complete your content
In step 2, select the team members for the post
Click the Star icon next to a team member to mark them as a priority
In step 3, select Date Range as your time setting
Choose the preferred date range
Click Plan this post to schedule it
💡 Tip: The priority feature is useful for highlighting contributors. For example, if a team member uploaded content to the Inspiration Wall, you can give them priority to share the post first as a thank you for their input.
