Apostle offers different ways of scheduling posts: Now, Single Date or Date Range. Choosing a Date Range means that you spread a post over a longer period of time (multiple days or even a week). In some cases, you want to make sure a specific team member receives the post first. You can use the priority option for that:

  • Go to Create post and finish your post.

  • In Step 2, select the team members for this post. Click the Star icon to activate the priority setting for a specific team member.

  • In Step 3, select Date range as your time setting.

  • Select a date range of your preference and select Plan this post.

The priority star ensures that these team members will always receive the post first in the time range.

Tip: The priority setting is often used for team members that uploaded a piece of content to your Inspiration Wall. You can spread the post over time and simultaneously make sure that they will be first to share the post as a thanks for their input.
