The Inspiration Wall serves as the central hub for all social media post ideas to converge. Your brand ambassadors can contribute workplace photos, videos, and text, which you can creatively transform into engaging social media posts. Furthermore, you have the option to link RSS feeds and hashtags, keeping you up-to-date with the latest news and trending topics online. Let's explore the possibilities of the Inspiration Wall.
Team uploads
The primary purpose of the Inspiration Wall is to provide your team with a platform to upload work-related content that you can utilize to create posts. Your team members can directly upload photos, videos, or articles to you as the admin. With this input, you can then craft and schedule posts for your team. The process of uploading can be done either through our mobile app, web version or WhatsApp. Here's how it works:
Navigate to the Inspiration Wall in the left sidebar.
You will now find an overview of all content uploaded to your team. Click the Use in post icon to copy and paste the post in your Composer.
Edit the post and schedule it for your team.
Tip: You can use the Like, Comment or Pin icon to give feedback to your team or to pin the upload to the top of your Inspiration Wall.

Posts that need your approval
Apostle works with a regular approval flow, which means that all posts need to be approved by either the business page owner or the brand ambassador. Nevertheless, there might be situations where you prefer having someone approve your posts before sharing them with your team. For this reason, we've introduced an additional approval flow.
Navigate to Inspiration Wall in the left sidebar.
Click Posts that need your approval to approve posts for sharing. These posts are assigned for you to check before publishing online.
Hit the Approve button to approve the post. Click on the Cross button if you want to reject the post or Add your suggestions.
In the pop-up state your Reason for disapproval or Add your suggestions to the post.
Click on Save and the Social Master who scheduled the post will receive a notification of your disapproval.
Please note: The extra approval is only triggered if a Social Master specifically switches on this feature per post. Please read the extra approval article for a full explanation of the extra approval process.
Connecting RSS feeds and hashtags
Apart from drawing inspiration from team uploads, Apostle offers the option to connect external sources as additional inspiration. You can set up RSS feeds and hashtags as inspiration sources.
