Connecting RSS feeds to Apostle allows you to automatically import content from external websites or blogs. Once connected, new updates from these feeds will appear in your Inspiration Wall, where your team can review and repurpose them as needed.

How to connect an RSS feed

  1. First, copy the RSS feed URL of the website or blog you want to connect

  2. In Apostle, go to Inspiration Wall in the left-hand menu

  3. Click the RSS feed icon

  4. Click Add RSS Feed

  5. Paste the RSS Feed URL and enter a Feed Name

  6. Click Save

Once added, content from the feed will automatically appear in your Inspiration Wall when updates are published.

Managing your RSS feeds

If your RSS feeds are not updating as expected, you can manually refresh them:

  1. Go to the Inspiration Wall

  2. Click the RSS feed icon

  3. Click the refresh icon next to the feed to regenerate any missed updates

In the same screen, you can also edit or delete existing RSS feeds as needed.

⚠️ Important: Not every website provides an RSS feed. Before adding a link, check whether the source supports RSS and that you are using the correct feed URL.
