When scheduling a social media post in Apostle, you’ll see a star icon next to each ambassador’s name in Step 2: Choose Channels. That little star is more powerful than it looks. It lets you decide who gets the post first when using a date range.

How it works

  • Click the prio star next to one or more ambassadors

  • Those ambassadors will receive the post before others in the group

  • All remaining ambassadors will get it later within the selected date range

You can select as many ambassadors as you like for priority delivery. Everyone else will still get the post, just a bit later in the scheduling window.

💡 Tip: This is great for senior leaders, fast responders, or top performers who you want to lead the charge.

⚠️ Important: The prio star only works when you schedule your post using a Date Range. If you choose Now or Single date, all ambassadors receive the post at the same time, regardless of the star.
