Seeing the same post from all your colleagues at once? Not ideal. This guide walks you through four ways to make sure your ambassadors don’t all share identical posts at the same time, helping your brand stay fresh and engaging on social.

1. Spread posts out over time

Use the datepicker to schedule a date range, like Monday through Friday. Each selected ambassador will receive the post on a different day within that range.

💡 Tip: This makes your brand presence feel more organic instead of a sudden burst of identical posts.

2. Create multiple text variations

You can write several versions of the post text yourself or use the AI copy assistant to generate them automatically. Ambassadors can also personalize the post before sharing.

💡 Pro tip: Encouraging personal edits leads to better engagement and helps posts feel more authentic.

3. Use different images

Add a few image options to your post. Ambassadors can pick their favorite, or you can assign different visuals to different people.

4. Use groups for targeting

Segment your team into Groups based on job title, location, language, or department. Then assign posts to the most relevant group.

💡 Tip: Targeted posts feel more relevant and are more likely to get shared.

Best practices

  • Mix it up. Use a combo of timing, text, and image variation for best results.

  • Review analytics. See what type of content works best across different segments.

  • Encourage creativity. Let ambassadors make posts their own, within brand guidelines.

⚠️ Important: You might see similar posts on your own timeline if many colleagues are in your network. But most external contacts only see one or two, so the content doesn’t feel repetitive to them.

FAQs

What if I want everyone to post on the same day for a campaign?

That’s totally doable! Just set a fixed publish date instead of a range. You can (and should) still use text and image variations to keep posts feeling fresh and personalized, even when they go live on the same day.

Can I reuse the same content later?

Absolutely. Just add some fresh copy or a new image and reschedule it. You can even reuse top-performing content with minor tweaks.
