⚠️Important: This article is only relevant for personal LinkedIn accounts that were connected before 12 May 2026. If your LinkedIn page was connected after that date, no action is needed.
We've upgraded the way Apostle connects to your personal pages, which unlocks better reach statistics for LinkedIn. Note that reach measurement is only available for LinkedIn. For Meta and X, estimated reach will continue to be shown as before.
To get access to these improvements, you'll need to reconnect your personal page once. Follow the steps below, even if your page already appears connected. This short process is needed to activate the new statistics.
How to reconnect your account
In the web application
Go to your team dashboard.
Click on your name in the upper right corner.
Select Personal Pages.
Select Click here to reconnect next to your LinkedIn page. If you haven't connected LinkedIn yet, click Add personal page and add it from there.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
You will be redirected to your team, and your personal account will be successfully reconnected and ready for sharing.
💡 Tip: You’ll know the reconnection was successful if the double upward arrow emoji next to the page appears.
In the mobile app
Open the Apostle app.
Tap your profile in the upper right corner.
Select Personal Settings. You will be redirected to the web version.
Click Personal Pages.
Select Click here to reconnect next to your LinkedIn page. If you haven't connected LinkedIn yet, click Add personal page and add it from there.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
After reconnecting you can click on the x icon to close the tab and the app will open again.
⚠️ Important: If you are in multiple teams, make sure you switch to the correct team with 'Switch team'. Repeat the steps for each team afterwards to give all teams access.
How do I know it worked?
Once your page has been successfully reconnected, a double upward arrow will appear next to your personal page. This confirms that your page is now set up correctly and your admin will start seeing the improved statistics for your LinkedIn activity.
If you don't see the icon yet, try going through the steps again.
