⚠️Important: This article is only relevant for business pages that were connected before 12 May 2026. If your page was connected after that date, no action is needed. It's already set up in the right way.
We've upgraded the way Apostle connects to your business pages, which unlocks some useful new features: your admin can now see better reach numbers and get clearer insights into which posts are performing best on your accounts.
To get access to these improvements, you'll need to reconnect your business page once. Follow the steps below, even if your page already appears connected, this short process is needed to activate the new features.
How to reconnect your account
In the web application
Go to your team dashboard.
Click on your name in the upper right corner.
Select Personal Settings.
Click on the Business Pages tab.
Click Add Business Page (even if your pages seem are already connected).
Choose the platform and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
Repeat the steps per platform that you have connected.
You will be redirected to your team, and your business account will be successfully reconnected and ready for sharing.
💡 Tip: You’ll know the reconnection was successful if the double upward arrow emoji next to the page appears.
In the mobile app
Open the Apostle app.
Tap your profile in the upper right corner.
Select Connect business pages. You will be redirected to the web version.
Click Add Business Page (even if your pages seem are already connected)
Choose the platform and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
Repeat the same steps for each platform that you have connected.
After reconnecting you can click on the x icon to close the tab and the app will open again.
⚠️ Important: If you are in multiple teams, make sure you switch to the correct team with 'Switch team'. Repeat the steps for each team afterwards to give all teams access.
How do I know it worked?
Once your page has been successfully reconnected, a double upward arrow will appear next to your business page. This confirms that your page is now set up correctly and your admin will start seeing the improved insights.
If you don't see the icon yet, try going through the steps again.
