โš ๏ธ Important: This article explains how email-only users and pending invites affect billing for customers on legacy plans. If you are on any of our current plans, you have unlimited users and will not be charged per user.

How billing works on legacy plans

Email-only users

Email-only users are ambassadors who can share content via email without using the Apostle platform or mobile app.

  • Billing: These users are counted as regular users on legacy plans. You will be charged for them because they can receive suggested posts.

  • Functionality: They share occasionally via email but do not need an Apostle account or app.

Pending invites

Pending invites refer to users who have not accepted their invitation to join Apostle.

  • Billing: You are not charged for pending invites on legacy plans.

  • Functionality: You cannot suggest posts to users until they accept the invite.
