Apostle uses default templates for invitation and post suggestion emails. You can adjust these templates to match your tone, language, and team structure. This ensures your communication is clear and tailored to your audience.

  1. Log in to the Apostle web dashboard

  2. Click the Templates tab

  3. Use the dropdown menu to select either Invite or Suggestion templates

  4. Edit the text fields to match your preferred content

  5. Click Save to confirm

Invite templates

Invite templates are used to welcome new team members to your Apostle environment. These emails explain how to get started and include a link to join your team.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can create multiple invite templates for different teams, departments, or languages. When inviting new users, choose the most appropriate version based on the audience.

⚠️ Important: If you are using a sign up page to invite users, the default invite template will be automatically sent to those new team members.

Suggestion templates

Suggestion templates define the message your team members see when a post is suggested to them. Apostle provides a default message, but you can customize it to better match your tone or add context about the post.

⚠️ Important: Currently, custom suggestion templates are not language-specific. If your team includes members who speak different languages, all users will still receive the default template.
