How can I reconnect my accounts?

Due to security reasons, it sometimes happens that the connection of one of your business pages is broken. A warning sign will occur next to the business once a page has been disconnected. This is how you can reconnect your business page accounts.

Web application

  • Head over to your team

  • Click on your name in the upper right corner

  • Select Personal Settings (right top) and select Business Pages.

  • Click on the blue button with (Re)connect business page

  • Follow the steps to reauthorize your account.

  • You will now be redirected to your team and your business account is now reconnected and ready for sharing!

Mobile app

  • Open the Apostle app

  • Go to the Menu (the three stripes in the upper right corner)

  • Select Settings

  • Select the platform you want to reconnect

  • Follow the steps and reauthorize your account

  • You will now be redirected to the mobile app and your business account is reconnected and ready for sharing.

Tip: Your brand ambassadors will receive an automated reminder once a connection is broken. If they haven’t received or done anything with it, learn here how to manually send a connection request to your ambassadors.
