Due to security reasons, it sometimes happens that the connection of one of your business pages is broken. A warning sign will occur next to the business once a page has been disconnected. This is how you can reconnect your business page accounts.
Web application
Head over to your team
Click on your name in the upper right corner
Select Personal Settings (right top) and select Business Pages.
Click on the blue button with (Re)connect business page
Follow the steps to reauthorize your account.
You will now be redirected to your team and your business account is now reconnected and ready for sharing!
Mobile app
Open the Apostle app
Go to the Menu (the three stripes in the upper right corner)
Select Settings
Select the platform you want to reconnect
Follow the steps and reauthorize your account
You will now be redirected to the mobile app and your business account is reconnected and ready for sharing.
Tip: Your brand ambassadors will receive an automated reminder once a connection is broken. If they haven’t received or done anything with it, learn here how to manually send a connection request to your ambassadors.
