Sometimes, your connected business pages may lose access due to security updates or token expiration. When this happens, a warning icon will appear next to the affected business page.

Follow the steps below to reconnect your account and resume sharing content through Apostle.

💡 Tip: Brand ambassadors receive an automatic reminder when a connection is broken. If they haven’t responded, learn how to manually resend a connection request.

How to reconnect your account

In the web application

  1. Go to your team dashboard.

  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Personal Settings.

  4. Click on the Business Pages tab.

  5. Find the business page with the warning icon indicating a broken connection.

  6. Click the button (Re)connect business page above that specific page.

  7. Follow the on-screen steps to reauthorize your account.

You will be redirected to your team, and your business account will be successfully reconnected and ready for sharing.

💡 Tip: You’ll know the reconnection was successful if the warning icon disappears next to the page. If the icon is still there, try reconnecting again.

In the mobile app

  1. Open the Apostle app.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Choose the platform you want to reconnect.

  5. Follow the prompts to reauthorize your account.

You’ll be redirected to the app, and your account will be reconnected and ready for sharing.
