Periodically, it happens that the connection of one of your (ambassadors’) business pages is broken. Learn how to manually send reconnect requests to your team.
Go to Members.
Select Business pages and check if you see a yellow triangle with an explanation next to the name of the page. If so, the page needs to be reconnected.
Click on the Connect icon to let the owner of the business page know to reconnect the page.
Customize the email text to your own preference.
The owner of the page will now receive an email with the question to reconnect their pages.
Please note: If the connection is broken, ambassadors will always automatically receive an email to reconnect their page(s).
