To make sure all the brand ambassadors related to the topic in your strategy (e.g. thought leadership posts) receive the post, you can subscribe members to a topic.
Navigate to Members.
Click on the Edit symbol of the member you want to subscribe to one or more topic(s).
Check the boxes of the topics you want to subscribe the member to.
Click on the Save button.
Tip: To subscribe multiple team members at once to one or more topic(s), you can use the bulk update (edit) multiple team members method. Connected business pages will be automatically synced with the same topics as the team member.
Tip: In step 2 of creating a post you can filter on the topic and plan the post for all the relevant ambassadors.
