When your organisation uses Bundeling, you can receive suggested posts via the system chat and share them on LinkedIn with just one click. There's no need to create a new account or install a new app: everything works directly from Bundeling.

How does it work?
Your organisation creates posts that are relevant to share with your network on LinkedIn. These posts are suggested to you via the system chat in Bundeling. You decide whether to share a post, edit the text or image, or skip it altogether. Sharing is always voluntary.
Sharing a post
Here's how to share a suggested post:
You'll receive a push notification from Bundeling as soon as a new post is ready.
Tap the notification. The system chat in Bundeling opens automatically.
Click View suggestion to open the post.
Choose one of the following options:
Post: Select LinkedIn and share immediately
Edit: Adjust the text and/or image to match your own style
Reject (bin icon): Decline the post
Schedule: Schedule the post for a later moment
⚠️ Important: Sharing to personal Facebook and Instagram accounts is not possible via Bundeling.
Connecting your LinkedIn account
The first time you share a post, we'll ask you to connect your LinkedIn account via a secure LinkedIn login. This works the same way as signing in with Google or Facebook on other websites: you log in through LinkedIn itself and give one-time permission to post on your behalf. You always remain in full control of what gets posted.
Here's how it works:
Click Post or Schedule on your first post.
A window will appear asking you to log in with your LinkedIn account.
Log in and give permission to post on LinkedIn on your behalf.
From your second post onwards, the connection stays active and you won't need to do this again.
Note: Apostle and Bundeling do not get access to the content of personal accounts. The connection only allows posts to be shared via your own profile. You can disconnect your personal account at any time.
Declining a post
Does a suggested post not suit you or would you rather not share it? You can decline it.
Open the post via View suggestion in the system chat.
Click the bin icon to decline the post.
The post will not be shared and will disappear from your overview.
⚠️ Important: Sharing posts is always optional. You are never required to share a suggested post.
