Managing multiple teams in the mobile app

Easily manage content from all your teams with a unified inbox.

In earlier versions of the Apostle app, you had to switch between teams to manage content across different brands or departments. The updated mobile app removes that step.

All suggested posts from every team now appear together in your Inbox, giving you one place to view, share, and manage posts.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Tap the i icon on any post to view which admin and team suggested it to you.

Note: When you receive a push notification for a new post, it will automatically open the correct post, even if it came from another team.


Uploading content to a specific team

When using the + button to upload content, you will be asked to select the team the upload is for. This helps your admins keep team content organized and ensures that your post is reviewed by the right person.


When team selection is still required

Some actions still require you to manage settings for an individual team. These include:

  • Changing your team settings

  • Reconnecting a business page

These tasks will open the web version of Apostle, where you can select the correct team and adjust settings as needed.
