Landing pages are great to invite new brand ambassadors to the Apostle platform and inform them about your advocacy program. Apostle offers a default sign up landing page, which can be customized to your own liking:

  • Navigate to Members.

  • Activate the signup landing page Slider by clicking on it.

  • Click on the edit symbol.

  • Edit the page with the 4 options in the navigation:

    • Language Preset

    • Team Settings

    • Page Content

    • Group(s)

  • The page preview is on the right.

  • Scroll down and click the button Save landing page to save the changes.

Language presets

Here you can pick a default landing page in the available languages of your choice.

Team settings

Edit the Team Avatar, Team Name, Primary Color and Secondary Color displayed on the page.

  • Primary color: button and circle behind image 1.

  • Secondary color: text color in the button.

Page content

The page is divided into 3 separate parts: Section #1, Section #2 and the FAQ. Here you can edit the titles, main text, button texts and images on the landing page.

Tip: if you want members to sign up using their work email, you can click on the slider Only allow users to sign up with their organization email address. A new field will appear where you can fill in the domain of your company (e.g. @apostlesocial.com).

Group(s)

Assign ambassadors to (one or more) groups automatically when they sign up via the landing page.

How to share the landing page

There are two options:

  • Copy the landing page link with the symbol in the top right corner in the edit screen.

  • In the Members section: click on Signup landing page to view the page and copy the link from the search bar.

How does it work for (future) ambassadors?

After clicking on the link, the ambassador-to-be can read all the information provided and sign up by filling in their email address in either one of the boxes and clicking on Get started.

The following message will appear:

They will directly receive an invitation email to set up their account in the apostle platform.
