Pending invites are the people you have sent an invite to join the Apostle platform, but they have not set up an account yet. Hence they are shown as pending invites.
Tip: Manage your pending invites. Keep track of the people you have invited and delete them after you have sent one (or multiple) reminder(s) without response.
Pending invites can be safely deleted. They have not yet created an account and therefore are not yet members in the platform.
How to edit, delete or send reminder to pending invites
Navigate to Members
Click on the Pending invites tab
To edit a single pending invitation click on the icon in the Action column
To delete a single pending invitation click on the icon in the Action column
To send a single reminder click on the icon in the Action column
How to bulk delete pending invites or send a reminder
Select the pending invites you want to delete or remind
Delete them with the Delete selected button in the bottom right corner
Send a reminder to the selected with Send reminder to selected button
Good to know: You will not be charged for pending invites in your bill.
