Overview
Pending invites are users you've invited to join your Apostle environment, but who haven't accepted the invitation yet. These folks show up as “pending” because they haven't created an account.
💡 Tip: Stay on top of your pending invites. If someone hasn’t responded after one or two reminders, it’s perfectly fine to delete the invite.
Note: Apostle automatically sends reminders to pending invites:
3 days after the original invite
7 days after the original invite
You can also send additional manual reminders anytime from the Pending invites overview.

FAQs
What happens if I delete a pending invite?
Nothing dramatic—they’re simply removed from the pending list and never onboarded. You can always send them a new invite later.
Do pending invites count toward our license or billing?
Nope! Pending users aren’t active members, so they’re not billed.
Can I re-send an invite if someone deleted the original email?
Absolutely. Just click Send reminder, and we’ll fire off a fresh invite email.
