Not all suggested posts are shared immediately by your brand ambassadors. Sometimes the timing or platform isn’t right, and they intend to return to it later but forget. With automated post reminders, you can gently prompt teammates to take action. This article explains how to configure reminder settings in your team preferences.
How to set up automated post reminders
Navigate to Team Settings
Scroll down to find the Reminder Settings section
Set the Total Reminders you want to send. You can choose up to two reminders per post
Set the Days Between Reminders to avoid sending reminders too close together
Click Save to apply your settings
Note: Reminder settings sync with the expiration and scheduled share dates of your posts. If a post expires or its scheduled date passes, any pending reminders will be canceled.
⚠️ Important: If you're using the WhatsApp integration, make sure reminder notifications are activated in the same settings.
