Setting up automated post reminders

Learn how to set up automated post reminders for posts your brand ambassadors haven’t shared yet.

It can happen that not all of your suggested posts are shared by your team. There might be instances where your brand ambassadors receive a post suggestion at an inconvenient time or on the wrong platform.

As a result, they may postpone accepting or editing the post, intending to return to it later. If they happen to forget, you can kindly remind them using automated reminders. This article will guide you through setting up the necessary team settings to enable this feature.

  • Go to your Team Settings and scroll down until you encounter your reminder settings.

  • Set the number of Total Reminders. This is the number of reminders you would like to send when one of your brand ambassadors forgets to share a suggested post. You can select up to two reminders.

  • Now set the Days Between Reminders. (You don’t want to overflow your brand ambassadors with several reminders in a few days)

  • Click Save to save your settings.

Please note: the reminder settings sync with your post's expiration date settings and the used time frame for your scheduled posts. If the expiration date or share date has gone by, all reminders will be automatically canceled.

Important: If you are using our WhatsApp integration and want to send reminders via WhatApp, please make sure you have activated the reminders in these settings.
