Connecting your company pages to Apostle allows you to publish content across social media platforms with one click. This guide explains how to connect Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram company pages to Apostle.

⚠️ Important: You must be an admin of the page on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or Instagram to connect it to Apostle.
How to connect business pages
There are two ways to connect company pages: using the desktop platform or the mobile app.
Desktop instructions
Log in to your Apostle webdashboard.
Click your name in the top right corner.
Go to Team settings or Personal settings.
Select Business pages.
Click Connect / reconnect [platform] page next to the platform you want to link.
Follow the platform-specific steps below.
Mobile app instructions
Open the Apostle mobile app.
Tap the Settings menu in the top right corner and select Settings.
Under connected pages select a platform.
Click on Add a [Platform] page.
⚠️ Important: X (Twitter) pages can only be connected via the desktop version at apostle.social.
How to connect Facebook pages
Note: Only your name and profile picture are retrieved. Apostle does not access your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Ensure your personal Facebook account is an admin of the company page.
In Apostle, select Connect / reconnect Facebook page.
Log in to your personal Facebook account when prompted.
Click Continue as [your name].
A message will appear: Connecting business pages.
You will be redirected to Apostle once the connection is successful.
All connected business pages will be displayed.
To manage them, click the three-stripes icon. If you want to delete a page, archive it first, then click the bin icon. You can also select the page(s) then click Delete selected.
⚠️ Important: Do NOT use the Edit access button to deselect pages on the request acces screen, as it may cause an error. You can safely remove or deselect pages after the connection is complete.
💡Tip: You can also turn off a page using the purple toggle to stop receiving content suggestions for that page. This way you can easily reactivate it later.
How to connect LinkedIn pages
Click Connect / reconnect LinkedIn page in Apostle.
Enter your LinkedIn login details.
Grant permissions to Apostle by clicking Allow.
A message will appear: Connecting business pages.
You will be redirected to Apostle once the connection is successful.
All connected business pages will be displayed.
To manage them, click the three-stripes icon. If you want to delete a page, archive it first, then click the bin icon. You can also select the page(s) then click Delete selected.
Note: LinkedIn permissions are bundled into packages, which means you will be asked to allow more than we actually use. Apostle only accesses a minimal portion of this data to provide the best experience in our software. We do not have direct access to your account, and you always control what gets posted and what does not. Learn more about social network permissions.
💡Tip: If you manage LinkedIn showcase pages, you can also add them in the same way to enable posting on them.
How to connect X (Twitter) pages
Go to x.com and log in to the correct X account.
In Apostle, click Connect / reconnect X-twitter page.
You will be redirected to the X authorization page.
Click Authorize app.
You will be returned to Apostle and the page(s) will be connected.
To manage them, click the three-stripes icon. If you want to delete a page, archive it first, then click the bin icon.
⚠️ Important: If you see a Sign in button instead of Authorize app, follow the steps below.
I See a "Sign In" Button Instead of "Authorize App"
Click Sign in.
Complete the login form.
Return to apostle.social.
Click Connect / reconnect X-twitter page again.
The button should now be Authorize app instead of Sign in
Click Authorize app.
You will be redirected back to Apostle, and your page(s) will now be connected.
To manage them, click the three-stripes icon. If you want to delete a page, archive it first, then click the bin icon. You can also select the page(s) then click Delete selected.
How to connect Instagram pages
Note: Steps 1 and 2 are prerequisites. If your Instagram account is already a professional account and linked to a Facebook page, you can skip directly to Step 3.
Step 1: Make sure your Instagram account is professional
Open Instagram and log in.
Click on More and select Settings.
Select Account type and tools under For professionals.
Tap Switch to professional account.
Choose either Business or Creator and follow the on-screen steps.
⚠️ Important: Only professional accounts (Business or Creator) can be connected to Apostle.
Step 2: Link Instagram account to a Facebook page
Open Facebook.
Switch to your business profile (top right).
In the top right menu click on Settings & privacy.
Under Permissions, select Linked accounts.
Alternatively use this direct link to the settings.
Click Instagram > Connect account > Connect > Continue.
Log in to your Instagram account by clicking Log in as [page name].
Click Continue. A pop‑up will confirm that Instagram is connected.
Click Done. Your Instagram page should now be shown as connected.
⚠️ Important: Your Instagram professional account must be linked to a Facebook Page before you can connect it to Apostle.
Step 3: Connect Instagram to Apostle
In Apostle, go to Business pages and click Connect /reconnect Instagram page.
A Meta login window opens. Sign in with the Facebook profile that manages your Page.
Click Continue as [your name].
A message will appear: Connecting business pages.
You will be redirected to Apostle once the connection is successful.
All connected business pages will be displayed.
To manage them, click the three-stripes icon. If you want to delete a page, archive it first, then click the bin icon. You can also select the page(s) then click Delete selected.
