Sometimes you may need to remove users from your team. In Apostle, deleted users are not permanently removed right away. Instead, they are archived, which means you can still restore or permanently delete them later if needed.

Archive a user

  1. Go to Members in the left sidebar

  2. Click the delete icon next to the user's name

  3. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up

  4. The user is now moved to the Archived members tab

πŸ’‘ Tip: Archived users cannot log in anymore, but all their data remains stored until you choose to permanently delete them.

How to delete multiple users

  1. Select the users you want to delete

  2. Click the Delete selected button in the bottom right corner

  3. Confirm by selecting Yes

  4. All selected users will now be archived

⚠️ Important: If you delete a team member, all scheduled posts for that user will also be deleted. Posts that have already been sent will remain unaffected.

Permanently delete a user

  1. Go to the Archived members tab

  2. Find the user you want to permanently delete

  3. Click the delete icon next to their name

  4. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes in the pop-up

  5. The user is now permanently removed from the system

⚠️ Important: Permanent deletion is irreversible. All associated data including posts, comments, and statistics will be completely removed from the server.
