In the Apostle app, all your post activity is organized into three separate overviews: Inbox, Planned, and Shared. Each section represents a different stage of your content flow and helps you manage upcoming and past posts easily.

Inbox: your personal queue of scheduled posts

Your Inbox contains all posts that are scheduled for you to share. This is where you review, edit, and publish posts to your social accounts.

Here’s what you can do in the Inbox:

  • Open posts to review and share

  • Tap Edit post to adjust the text or media (if enabled)

  • Re-schedule if the current suggested time doesn't suit you

  • Tap Thumbs down to reject the post and give feedback to your admin

Need help with sharing? Read our articles on how to share to personal accounts or how to share to business pages.

💡 Tip: Want to act quickly? Swipe right to share or left to reject a post.

Note: Some posts may have an Upcoming label. This means your admin has pre-scheduled a post for your personal account that isn't yet ready to be shared. You will receive a push notification once it becomes available.

Planned: see everything queued for future sharing

The Planned overview contains all posts you have approved but that have not yet been published. These are often posts for business pages that are scheduled to go live at a later date.

What you can do in Planned:

  • Tap a post to view the content and scheduled time

  • Tap Cancel if you want to stop the post from being published

Cancelled posts return to your Inbox, where you can approve them again if needed.

Shared: a record of all posts you’ve published

The Shared overview shows all the posts you have published through Apostle. It gives you a history of what has already gone live.

What you can do:

  • Tap a post to see the full content

  • Tap Post again if you want to re-share the same post

Note: Only re-share a post if you have a reason to. Posting again may result in the same content appearing twice on your timeline.

⚠️ Important: Once a post is published through Apostle, it cannot be edited or deleted from your social channels via the app. If you need to make changes after sharing, log in to the platform (such as LinkedIn or Facebook) and make adjustments there.
