The Content Calendar is a powerful tool that gives you a clear, visual overview of all your planned and drafted posts. You can easily switch between monthly and weekly views to stay on top of your publishing schedule.

The calendar integrates directly with the content planning feature, so every row (whether a draft or a scheduled post) is automatically displayed.

Viewing your posts

  • Use the month selector in the top left to switch between Month View and Week View

  • Week View offers more detail, including larger previews and platform-specific icons for each post

Post color coding

Each post is color-coded based on its status:

  • Blue: Draft post (still being created)

  • Purple: Planned or published post

  • Grey: A planned row without a post (placeholder only)

Interacting with the calendar

  • Hover over a post: The post is highlighted, helping you quickly see how long it is active

  • Start indicators: If a post begins in a previous month, a dark purple marker appears at the start to indicate the beginning of its schedule

Managing posts

Click on any post in the calendar to:

  • Edit: Update post content or schedule

  • Copy: Duplicate the post for reuse

  • Delete: Remove the post if it is no longer needed

This allows quick and easy updates without leaving the calendar view.

Viewing full post details

Click on a post directly from the calendar to open the full post editor. You can review, adjust, or finalize your post from this view.

πŸ’‘ Tip: The content calendar works best when paired with the content planning tool. All rows from your planning, including drafts, are shown in the calendar. This makes it easy to spot gaps and plan your content flow effectively.
