Team members can upload photos, videos, and post ideas directly into Apostle. These uploads are not published immediately but are reviewed by your team admins or content managers before being finalized and shared with others.
This article focuses on uploading content via the web version, but uploads are also possible through the mobile app or even via WhatsApp.
How to upload content
Go to Upload in the left-hand menu
Choose a file (photo or video, maximum 500 MB)
Add a description or message to explain your idea or give context
(Optional) Select one or more topics that fit your upload
Click Send
After submitting, your content will appear on the Inspiration Wall for your admins or content editors to review.
Note: Your upload will not be published directly. A team admin will review it and decide whether to use your idea, edit it into a post, and share it with the team.
