Uploading content to your admin

Share content ideas and media with your team by uploading them through the Apostle mobile app.

The mobile app makes it easy to contribute content from your day-to-day work. Whether you’ve attended an event, captured a behind-the-scenes moment, or found an interesting article, simply upload your idea with a short caption and your admin will take it from there.

Once received, your admin can turn your upload into a polished post and schedule it for you and your colleagues to share.

Note: Your upload will not be posted online right away. Your admin will first review your post and decide which colleagues it's relevant for.


How to upload content in the Apostle app

  1. Open the Apostle app and log in

  2. Tap the + icon at the bottom of the screen

  3. Write your message and add media if needed

  4. (Optional) Select a topic from your team's strategy. This helps your admin determine which colleagues the post is relevant for

  5. Tap Send to submit it to your admin

💡 Tip: Your admin will get a notification when you upload something. They’ll review your content and may include it in upcoming posts for your team. This helps keep your content calendar fresh and authentic.
