I'm getting an error message. What can I do?

Unfortunately, sometimes an unknown error may occur. For example, you may see a message in the lower right corner such as: Something went wrong. Please contact support via chat or email.

If you are unsure what caused the issue, follow these steps:

Step 1: Try again

  1. Refresh your browser and repeat the action.

  2. Log out and log back in to your Apostle account.

Step 2: Check your browser and internet

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  2. Try a different browser (Apostle works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).

  3. Check your internet connection to ensure itโ€™s stable.

  4. Disable browser extensions (such as ad blockers) that might interfere with the platform.

If the error still occurs, please contact our support team:

  • Live chat: Click the chat icon in the lower right corner of the Apostle platform.
