In today's digital age, passwords are required for almost everything, making it entirely normal to occasionally forget one. If you find yourself unable to recall your Apostle password, don't worry; we offer several ways to reset your password.
1. Set new password (in the Apostle app or in the desktop version of Apostle)
Open the Login screen
Select Forgot password
Fill in your email address
Select Reset password
Open your email
Select the blue button with Reset password
Fill in a new password and repeat your new password
Select the blue button with Reset password
You can now login with your new password
Important: If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam.
2. Magic login link (in the desktop version of Apostle)
Open the Apostle login screen on a computer.
Select Send magic login link
Fill in your email address
Select Request magic login link
Open your email
Select the blue button with Login
You will automatically be logged in into your Apostle account
3. Social login (in the desktop version of Apostle)
Select Login with Facebook/LinkedIn/Google/Apple
Enter your user name and password from the platform you choose
Your account will be connected to Apostle
In the future you can always login with this account without entering your username and password again.
Important: You can only use the third option if you have connected your Social Login to Apostle in your Personal Settings. If you haven’t used this before, please try the first two options to login.
