Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to log in to multiple platforms using one set of login credentials. With SSO enabled for your organization, you can access the Apostle mobile app quickly and securely without creating a separate password.
Currently, Apostle supports SSO through Microsoft Azure Active Directory only. If your organization uses Azure and your account is connected, you can use the Login with SSO option shown on the app’s login screen.
SSO is especially helpful for users who want a faster login process, better security, and fewer passwords to manage.
How to log in with SSO
1. Download the Apostle app
If you haven’t installed the Apostle app yet:
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for Apostle.
Tap Install and open the app.
2. Tap Login with SSO
On the login screen, choose Login with SSO. This option is always visible, regardless of whether your account is linked to a team.
Note: The app does not yet know whether your email is connected to an organization. You’ll need to complete the Microsoft sign-in flow to determine access.
3. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials
Enter your work email address and tap Next.
Follow your organization’s Microsoft login steps (this may include two-factor authentication).
Once authenticated, you'll be automatically redirected to the Apostle app.
⚠️ Important: In some cases, your organization may require you to request access to the Apostle enterprise application in Microsoft Azure. This depends on how your IT team has configured access to third-party tools. If you receive an error stating that you do not have access, please contact your internal admin or IT department.
💡 Tip: After logging in successfully, your Apostle account is now created. Your admin will need to suggest your first post before you see any content in your inbox. Want to learn more about how posting works? Read our article on how to post.
