Navigate to Create post in the top left corner or on the left-hand side of the menu. You can immediately start creating a post by adding a subject, topic, and text.

  • Click the Document Icon next to the image and video button to include a PDF file or PowerPoint presentation.

  • Choose your PDF file or PowerPoint presentation from local files or a file in your Media Library.

  • Select Use files.

  • Your document will now be shown in the Preview mode.

Please note: In the preview mode, you only see the first page of your PDF file or PowerPoint Presentation. To scroll through your document, please Switch to reader mode.

In the Reader mode, it’s possible to scroll through your document and zoom in and out. Besides, you can open your document in a new tab.

Important: PDF files and document sharing functionality is exclusive to LinkedIn. These files are shared natively, and readers on LinkedIn can seamlessly swipe through multiple-page documents.

Mobile app

After scheduling a PDF file or PowerPoint presentation for your team, members can easily share it via email or the mobile app. Here's the process for the mobile app:

  • Team members receive a push notification and open the Apostle app.

  • The app offers both Preview and Reader modes, mirroring the web dashboard. In Reader mode, users can smoothly scroll through the document for a preview before sharing.

  • Team members have the option to Post, Edit, or Delete a post, much like a regular scheduled post.
